SoftAtHome Joins the Alexa Solution Provider Network

SoftAtHome is becoming an Alexa trusted Solution Provider to deliver and deploy AVS technology and design services for service providers

PARIS, France – 3 May 2021 – SoftAtHome, an independent software company serving video, IoT and broadband operators, today announced it has joined the Amazon Alexa Solution Provider network. 

Voice assistants, such as Amazon’s Alexa, have now become part of our lives. End-users see their voice as an easy and convenient way of controlling their devices at home or on-the-go. The company, thanks to its Watch’ON solutions, has a long experience enabling voice control in devices such as set-top boxes, smart speakers, gateways, and Wi-Fi repeaters, in far-field or push-to-talk and running RDK, Android or Linux OS.

SoftAtHome is experienced in developing Alexa Video Skills as well as managing a complete end-to-end voice service integration and deployment based on Amazon’s AVS, completed with analytics tools. The company has set up as well an Amazon Qualified Test lab (AQT) to pre-certify Alexa-enabled devices and ensure the best end-user Quality of Experience.
