Recruitment

Personal data collected through the Website Careers section will be processed by SoftAtHome internal teams and, if any, by SoftAtHome’s partners, advisors or consultants. Data in fields marked with an asterisk are of a compulsory nature; should this information not be provided, the application might not be processed correctly.
Personal data collected through this section or through SoftAtHome’s partners tools are required to ascertain a candidate’s suitability for a specific role.  SoftAtHome has a legitimate interest in recruitment new personnel.
Further information as to how we process applicant data is included in the privacy notice for each post advertised.  We use third party software to provide a platform where applications are submitted and then processed by SoftAtHome.  We may also send a candidate emails about their application through our email service provider.
General Recruitment – We will retain unsuccessful applications for a period of 12 months as from the application submission date.  Successful applications are retained with the individual’s HR file.
Trainee Recruitment – Applications screened out at application stage are retained for 12 months from the date of initial submission.

Personal data collected through the Website Contact section will be processed by SoftAtHome internal teams and, if any, by SoftAtHome advisors or consultants.
Your personal data is processed based on your consent in accordance with applicable regulation, exclusively for the purpose of answering your request as per Contact Data.
