Barcelona Roundtable Discussion

Lionel Gremeau (Director of Product Marketing) is participating in the Barcelona Roundtable Discussion:  “Creating a Secure and Sustainable Home Wi-Fi Network.”

This event, taking place on 28 February 2024, at 3 P.M. at the W Barcelona, is co-hosted by the World WLAN Application Alliance and Informa Tech.

Investment in the home Wi-Fi network is critical to the delivery of end-to-end high quality broadband services. This roundtable will explore best practice investment strategies and success cases from leading operators around the world. The roundtable will then focus on two key topics: security and sustainability. Security is a must for any modern home Wi-Fi offering, both to protect the service providers’ network as well as keeping customers safe. Sustainability metrics must then also be a major consideration, leading to potentially billions of dollars in annual energy savings and significant reductions in carbon emissions. This roundtable will hear from experts as well as leading operators as to how the home Wi-Fi network can be optimized in a secure and sustainable fashion.

We are happy to share that Lionel Gremeau, Director of Product Marking at SoftAtHome, is one of the participants in this roundtable and will share his expertise in the field of innovation in the Home LAN, security and sustainability.
