CSI Awards 2023: SoftAtHome Wins Best CPE Experience for Etisalat by e& Smart Living Solution with Alexa built-in
SoftAtHome’s Smart Living solution with Alexa built-in for etisalat by e& has won this year’s CSI Award for best CPE experience!
With this Smart Living Control Home service, launched in 2023 by etisalat by e& in the United Arab Emirates, SoftAtHome delivers the ultimate end-user’s experience with video, audio, gaming, and a smart speaker within the home to the set-top box.
End-users can control smart home objects with Amazon Alexa voice commands, as well as from their eLife TV or mobile application. They can operate various actions by voice commands in front of their TV, such as switching channels, controlling volume, searching for content, and controlling their smart home, such as seeing who is at the front door, when equipped with Amazon Ring compatible doorbells, playing music, reading the news, setting timers and alarms, and more.
The CSI Awards ceremony was held on Friday, 15th September at the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam.
