CSI Awards 2020: SoftAtHome Shortlisted Twice for its Multicast Adaptive Streaming and eyes’ON Solutions

Paris, France – 18 August 2020 – SoftAtHome, an independent software company for broadband, video, and analytics, is proud to have been selected for the CSI awards in Best Network Delivery Technology and Best Monitoring Solution.

 

Selected in Best Network Delivery Technology, SoftAtHome’s Multicast Adaptive Streaming at Home is the new solution for operators with a multicast network to distribute low-latency live content to all home devices efficiently. Thanks to this technology, distribution costs are slashed by leveraging existing multicast infrastructure and addressing all existing devices with no changes required.

 

In Best Monitoring Solution, SoftAtHome’s eyes’ON QoE diagnosis solution is a real innovation in the area of network convergence for fixed-line and mobile QoE monitoring. Customer experience is a key asset for the contribution to operational efficiency cause every customer’s experience matters. Thanks to the eyes’ ON solution, operators can easily evaluate in real-time the end-user’s network capacity and the quality of services delivered. This enables to maximize the perceived network Quality of Experience on gaming app for instance and will improve the operator’s Net Promoter Score (NPS).
