CES 2019: SoftAtHome Unleashes the Power of its Software and Introduces Secure’ON for LAN and IoT devices protection

In Suite 29-229, SoftAtHome exhibits cutting-edge innovations with Quality of Experience Analytics, MESH/Smart Wi-Fi, Voice Assistant and 10 Gbps connectivity.

COLOMBES, France – 21 December 2018 – SoftAtHome (Venetian Suite 29-229), the technology company dedicated to the digital home, will demonstrate cutting-edge innovations for operators in the digital home during CES 2019.

Security throughout the home

In 2019, SoftAtHome will bring more innovation to the ‘Digital Home’ with Secure’ON, its software product to protect the LAN and IoT devices within the home. Secure’ON works in the home environment through the home gateway and a mobile application. It detects weak user credentials and alerts users so that they can change them. It also monitors and scans all URLs and networks within the home, looking for suspicious ones warning users when it detects any.

Experiment an Improved Quality at home

Recent deployments of Wifi’ON by tier-one operators in Europe such as Orange France, Orange Poland, Swisscom and O2 show that monitoring and analytical tools using Artificial intelligence are what operators need to provide end-users with the best quality of experience and to lower hotline costs.

Since its acquisition of V3D, SoftAtHome has boosted its strategy on Customer Experience Analytics. With its Eyes’ON product, SoftAtHome uses data to enable operators to get a complete view of the customer environment. If any service needs improvement, operator teams have all the tools they need to act rapidly and efficiently to restore the best experience possible.

A big part of Quality of experience within the home is linked to Wi-Fi quality itself. At CES, SoftAtHome will present new features of Wifi’ON, where a unique SSID is propagated to all Access Points, creating a single intelligent mesh network. Smart algorithms play a significant role in optimizing Wi-Fi directing devices to connect to the most appropriate Access Point.

My Voice, my Control with Things’ON

SoftAtHome will demonstrate how its software helps operators manage all IoT devices at home. A single word to your Voice assistant will control connected things through the gateway. The solution also supports traditional remote controls or control apps on a tablet. In Things’ON, SoftAtHome builds on its long-term commitment to ULE, Wi-Fi and Z-Wave technologies.

Meet SoftAtHome in Venetian Suite 29-229 during CES from January 8th to 11th 2019.
