CES 2015: SoftAtHome Fuels Innovations for Broadband and Broadcast Operators

SoftAtHome showcases its multi-awarded solutions for liberating the full potential of 4K, Internet of Things, Android-based solutions and Cast technologies

CES 2015, Las Vegas – December 23, 2014 – SoftAtHome (Venetian Suite 31-215), a provider of home operating platforms enabling convergent services for the digital home, will showcase its latest software solutions that uniquely address the whole range of home media delivery platforms at CES. The demos in Las Vegas will include Gateways, Set Top Boxes, Media Servers, NAS (Network Attached Storage) and Cast dongles all based on SoftAtHome’s SOP7 product. SoftAtHome will showcase how its software can provide more added-value, richer and innovative services to operators, in the home and elsewhere. This software platform is designed to build solutions that address the challenges faced by TV and network operators in bringing together for the benefits of end-users a broad array of access technologies, Android-based solutions, Digital Home services, and new Internet of Things applications and solutions.

At CES2015, SoftAtHome will show how to empower operator boxes with the very best of 4K video experience and access to the whole range of Android-based applications.

 

Finally, SoftAtHome’s multi-awarded Cast dongle technology will highlight a new video consumption paradigm which enables end-users to access premium live content on any TV screen and personalize its experience at home or when travelling.
